  John apparently never married and no where did he record his age. John was found dead with a gun in his hand on October 30, 1682, presumably accidentally killing himself while hunting. "Saturday night November 11, (1682)... One Blood of Concord about 7 days since or less was found dead in the woods, leaning his breast on a log. Had been seeking some creatures.
